BROKER CARAVAN RULES for WEEKLY TOUR SCHEDULE:
Submit requests through the NCBR Website by clicking on the Broker Caravan Tab ENTER LISTING no later than Friday midnight before the scheduled caravan.
Monday a.m. the agents are called by a Broker Caravan Committee member if their listing is on that week’s caravan.
You must confirm to the Committee Member by Monday at 5 p.m. that your property is available.
Tour will be posted on Tuesday.
All tours will begin at 4:30pm on Thursdays and last about an hour.
The tours are now virtual through an online ZOOM session. You will receive a ZOOM link to log into before the session on Thursday. It will be emailed out to all members in advance. Once you log in, you will need to make sure that your video and voice are activated. You will need to access Zoom in a place that is conducive to narrating your tour. (Windy outside locations with pets and noise are not optimal). You will be asked by the host to talk the viewers through the tour based on your photographs that have been posted in MLS. Video tours are not helpful bc of wifi issues. The main idea is to have fun and let other REALTORS® know what is on the market and what they can expect to see. Some properties have been a lot of fun to view virtually.
- It is expected that Listing Agents or their representatives showing the property on Tour, START AND STAY ONLINE FOR THE ENTIRE TOUR. This is a requirement of the Tour.
- In the event the property must be cancelled on Tour, the Listing Agent/assistant must tell the committee by Wednesday before the tour.
- No cancellations will be accepted once the Tour has been posted.
