BROKER CARAVAN is BACK!!
RULES for WEEKLY TOUR SCHEDULE:
Submit requests through the NCBR Website by clicking on the Broker Caravan Tab ~ ENTER LISTING no later than Friday at 5:00pm the week prior to the town’s scheduled caravan.
You will be called by a Broker Caravan committee member to confirm that your property is still available for the tour (Mon/Tues). If there is an abundance of listings, the tour may be split into future weeks. Properties are selected in the order they are submitted. You will be notified.
Tour will be posted on Tuesday evening.
All tours will begin no earlier than 9:00am on Thursdays and last until 11-12pm (unless otherwise advertised).
- It is expected that Listing Agents or their representatives showing the property on Tour, START AND STAY FOR THE ENTIRE TOUR. This is a requirement of the Tour.
- If a cancellation is necessary prior to the Tour, the Listing Agent/assistant must tell the committee by Tuesday before the tour and participate by going to the property to greet anyone who is unaware of the cancellation.
- No cancellations will be accepted once the Tour has been posted.

A week 5 is rare and may provide an opportunity to have a surprise tour OR we will pass it by and have a break that week.
