BROKER CARAVAN IS BACK!!
RULES for WEEKLY TOUR SCHEDULE:
Submit requests through the NCBR Website by clicking on the Broker Caravan Tab ~ ENTER LISTING no later than Tuesday at noon the week of the scheduled caravan.
You will be called by a Broker Caravan Committee member to confirm that your property is still available.
Tour will be posted on Tuesday evening.
All tours will begin at 9:00am on Thursdays and last until 11-12pm.
- It is expected that Listing Agents or their representatives showing the property on Tour, START AND STAY FOR THE ENTIRE TOUR. This is a requirement of the Tour.
- In the event the property must be cancelled on Tour, the Listing Agent/assistant must tell the committee by Tuesday before the tour.
- No cancellations will be accepted once the Tour has been posted.
