BROKER CARAVAN IS CURRENTLY ON HOLD.

RULES for WEEKLY TOUR SCHEDULE:

Submit requests through the NCBR Website by clicking on the Broker Caravan Tab ENTER LISTING no later than Friday midnight before the following week’s scheduled caravan.

Monday a.m. the agents who posted a property are called by a Broker Caravan Committee member.

You must confirm to the Committee Member by Monday at 5 p.m. that your property is still available.

Tour will be posted on Tuesday.

All tours will begin at 8:30am on Thursdays and last until 11-12pm.

1. It is expected that Listing Agents or their representatives showing the property on Tour, START AND STAY FOR THE ENTIRE TOUR. This is a requirement of the Tour.
2. In the event the property must be cancelled on Tour, the Listing Agent/assistant must tell the committee by Wednesday before the tour.
3. No cancellations will be accepted once the Tour has been posted.
